Self Publishing Book Conference

Below are basic instructions for organizing a self-publishing book conference. The event could start relatively small and grow from there to ensure it gets done by this year or within the next 6 to 9 months. 

Speakers present on:

1) Starting your own publishing company
2) Monetizing your web presence
3) How to self-publish your own book
4) Marketing and promoting your own book

Networking Component:

1) Market place for writer/authors/publishers to present their work
2) Official breakfast, lunch or dinner for the conference -award ceremony
3) Networking mixer -promote your business and/or book
4) Round table discussions on marketing, networking, finding readers, etc.

Finding Readers:

1) Create something that may encourage readers to attend all or some part of the conference -i'm not sure what this will be.

Make Money

1) Make the event cost-effective where more people would be willing to attend.
2) Make the event where most everyone has the ability to generate some form of revenue: -book buyers/readers, writers, authors, publishers, editors, etc.
